An okinawan lion statue wearing an oilpaper umbrella welcomes the customers at the entrance of “Japanese Cuisine Restaurant Bangasa,” a chic traditional restaurant where you can enjoy seasonal flavors.

We serve on beautiful dishes tempura, udon, and sashimi, including sushi made with fresh ingredients. “Japanese Cuisine Restaurant Bangasa” is crowded with groups of women who come for a meal but also to gather as a “moai” social support group. There is also a number of “beach crafts” (posthumous works) by Noboru Abei, an artist who loved the okinawan sea. You can feel the refreshing coolness from those artworks while enjoying your meal.
