We have been developing dispatching and recruiting services focusing on Naha City ever since opening our first Okinawa office in Kumoji, Naha City, in 1996. On April 2, 2012, we opened the PLAZA HOUSE office in Fair Mall, our second office in the prefecture, and started a comprehensive dispatching service for Ginowan City, Nishihara-cho and areas north of them.

In addition, the Tempstaff Forum has a comprehensive follow-up system, including complete social insurance (for workers who have worked 30h a week or more for 2 months or longer), maternity leave and childcare systems, paid leave (with conditions) and regular health checkups (once a year). Salary is paid twice monthly, a generous treatment.
