We started the business 12 years ago, in line with the introduction of the nursing care insurance system from April 2000 as a new mechanism for society as a whole to support those requiring long-term care due to population aging.

80% of our participants are women, since women find Plaza House an easy place to stop by. Participants of all ages, from students to office workers and housewives, are taking our courses. The medical office assistant and home helper qualifications are popular year-round. What’s attractive about medical office work is that you can change your working style in response to changes in life stages such as marriage and childcare, and many participants are studying for the home helper qualification not only for work, but for family care as well. We also provide nursing care services according to your physical condition and needs.
